Returns Policy

Non-Faulty Returns :

* We appreciate that items don’t always look as you had wanted them to, this is why we offer you a full refund or exchange for unused goods returned within 28 working days of delivery in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

* We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.

* Once goods have been received Refunds on purchased items will be made within 10 working days via the original method of payment.

* Unfortunately postage will not be refunded. (Unless items are returned during the 14 day cooling off period.)

*  Please note that Items made will be done so using the specifications provided at the point of purchase i.e size/ colours/fit - Images shown on ‘custom products’ are examples of the product we can create, your item will be bespoke in nature and may not appear exactly as it does in the images provided.

 

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

* Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised* or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

* Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture or ceramics                   *unless faulty, see below.

 

Faulty Returns :

* In the unlikely event that a product has a defect, this may be returned for a full refund including postage costs (please obtain proof of posting), provided the item is returned within 28 days from purchase. 

* Still a Mama undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear defect.

* Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned back to you.

* Refunds on faulty items will be made within 28 working days via the original method of payment, once goods have been returned to us. Returns Address:  Still a Mama, Heskin Hall, Wood Lane, Chorley PR7 5PA

 

Cancelling a Transaction :

* The buyer must inform Still a Mama if they wish to cancel the order via email. 

* Upon cancellation of the order Still a Mama will provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs within ten days.

This does not apply to pre-order/Made to order/Custom orders or personalised items.

 

The ‘Cooling Off Period’ :

If you choose to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods then you are entitled to a full refund for the cost of your purchase as well as the dispatch postage, providing the purchase was not personalised.

 

Lost Items :

If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, will assume the contract is terminated and provide a full refund or deliver the same item.
